Shipping Information
- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. Orders placed after 14:00 CET will be processed on the next business day. - Shipping Within Europe
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union and select neighboring territories. You will be able to check availability at checkout.
Delivery options include: - Standard Delivery (Courier): €5 flat rate — arrives in 3 to 7 business days
- Express Delivery (Door-to-Door): €12 flat rate — arrives in 1 to 3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over €150
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment in real time. - International Shipping (outside EU)
