Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new watch, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe:
    You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Condition Requirements:
    Returned items must meet all of the following criteria:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In the original branded box, with protective packaging intact
    • All original components must be included: tags, manuals, authenticity cards, etc.
    • No visible damage, scratches, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these standards may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of €10.


💳 Refunds

  • Refund Method:
    Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used during checkout. In special cases, we may offer store credit instead, upon agreement.
  • Refund Timeline:
    After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount may take 3–5 additional days to appear on your statement.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit a return request via our online form on the Returns page (linked in the website footer).
  2. Alternatively, email us at returns@chronorave.com with your Order Number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
  4. Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

💰 Return Costs & Fees

  • Standard returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If the return is due to a fault on our end, we will cover all return costs.
  • Restocking fee: A €10 fee may apply for returns that do not meet our condition policy (used, damaged, missing packaging).

🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will prioritize your case and offer a full replacement or refund — at no cost to you.
